It is issued by RAMS Home Loans Group Pty Limited, which will convert to a public company from 12 July 2007 and be known as RAMS Home Loans Group Limited (RAMS).

Lodgement of Prospectus
The paper form of the electronic Prospectus accessible through this website has been lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Offers of the securities will be made after 12 July 2007, and will be made in, or accompanied by, a copy of the Prospectus.
Anyone wishing to acquire the securities will need to complete the application form that will be in or will accompany the Prospectus from 13 July 2007. No application forms will be available or will be processed before that date. Details of how eligible applicants may apply at that time are contained in the Prospectus. The offer will be open only to eligible applicants. No general public offer of the securities is being made.
